Penutupan dari rangkaian PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2024 menampilkan lebih dari 130 finalis pemenang penghargaan dari seluruh Asia dalam meningkatkan pencapaian mereka di kancah internasional.
Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd dianugerahi The Best Developer in Asia-yang pertama untuk perusahaan. Ini menandakan satu dari lima kemenangan untuk para perusahaan mewakili Mainland China.
Para pemenang dari Mainland China termasuk Lead8, diberikan penghargaan untuk proyeknya MixC Changcun dan K11 Shangai, Huaihai Middle Road. Pemenang praktisi desain lainnya adalah Jiang & Associates Creative Design, yang memenangkan ALIBABA BEIJING CHAOYANG SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY PARK, dan Sybarite, yang memenangkan SKP Chengdu.
Para developer dari Hong Kong dan Makau juga unggul dengan memenangkan empat gelar. Filipina muncul sebagai pasar yang paling banyak memenangkan penghargaan dengan 12 gelar. Federal Land, Inc. menonjol sebagai Best Luxury Developer (Asia), disertai kemenangan untuk Riverpark, sementara Federal Land NRE Global, Inc. meraih gelar Best Breakthrough Developer (Asia).

Menambah kemenangan Filipina yang mengesankan adalah gelar untuk RLC Residences, yang memenangkan The Residence Residences at The Westin Manila; Robinsons Office untuk GBF Center 1; dan work.able untuk work.able Robinsons Summit Center. Alveo Land memenangkan Viento at Cerca sedangkan Sunshine Fort North Bonifacio Realty Development Corporation memenangkan MITSUKOSHI BCG.
Sementara itu, kolaborasi antara SM Development Corporation (SMDC) dan Federal Land The Estate Makati-mendapatkan dua gelar.

Indonesia mendapatkan delapan gelar dalam ajang ini, dipimpin oleh Paramount Land, pemenang gelar The Best Township Developer (Asia). Sinar Mas Land mengumpulkan banyak gelar untuk BSD City dan Biomedical Campus, termasuk usaha-usaha gabungannya seperti Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) di Kota Deltamas oleh JV Sinar mas Land & Sojitz Corporation dan Navapark oleh PT. Developer pemenang lainnya dari Indonesia adalah DM Projects Group, kemenangan untuk Salty Jim Villa; PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk. untuk LRT City Cibubur; dan Summarecon Group untuk Flora at Summarecon Bandung.
Singapura meneruskan kemenangan berturutnya dengan delapan kemenangan. UOL Group Limited dikenal sebagai Best Sustainable Developer (Asia) dan Best Hospitality Developer (Asia), dengan Meyer Blue memenangkan gelar untuk UOL Group Limited dan Singapore Land Group Limited. Pan Pacific Orchard sementara itu menyabet kemenangan untuk UOL Group Limited dan Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
Serupa, GuocoLand dan Hong Leong Holdings Limited bersama menang untuk Lentor Mansion. TID Pte. Ltd. memenangkan Best Lifestyle Developer (Asia), bersama memenangkan untuk Lentoria, selagi FRX Capital Private Limited dianugerahkan Best Boutique Developer (Asia).
Australia juga mengumpulkan tujuh kemenangan, tiga di antaranya jatuh kepada BLVD oleh OSK Property. Juara lainnya meliputi BHC Property, menang untuk Mercer, FY Property, Kooringa Group, MA Financial, CPDM untuk Chatswood Garden; Golden Sedayu untuk Burswood Point; dan Jean Yip Developments untuk Elements at Carousel.
Thailand mendapatkan empat gelar, di antaranya Sansiri Public Company Limited memenangkan untuk BuGaan Pattanakarn dan Narasiri Phahol-Watcharapol. APL (Thailand) Public Company Limited juga mempersembahkan kerajaan dengan sebuah gelar untuk The City Rama5-Nakhon In selagi APAC Land menang untuk APAC Tower.
Memenangkan empat gelar juga, Vietnam muncul sebagai pemenang dengan Phu Long Real Estates Corporation bergelar sebagai Best Community Developer (Asia). Gamuda Land memenangkan dua gelar untuk Eaton Park selagi Ecopark mencatatkan kemenangan untuk Ecovillage Saigon River. Dari Jepang, Niseko Woodland Limited menang untuk Grand Tsuru sedangkan Yoichi Dreams dikenal untuk Kisin.
Dalam gelaran tersebut Arab Saudi debut dengan Oud Real-Estate Development Company memenangkan Best Mixed Used Developer (Asia), menyusul serangkaian kemenangan selama PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards perdana (Timur Tengah). Dari Kamboja ada LP Residences Co., Ltd. yang mendapatkan kemenangan untuk proyek Palm Springs-nya.
By the Waters oleh Suryam Developers LLP sementara itu meraih pengakuan untuk India.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, General Manager dari PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events Jules Kay mengatakan rangkaian PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2024 mendatangkan banyak penghargaan untuk pertama kalinya. Kay mengatakan pihaknya merayakan kekuatan dari kemunculan dan kemapanan pasar properti, memperluas ke kawasan baru dan mengunjungi kembali destinasi perumahan terbaik di kawasan.
"Kami juga memberikan penghormatan kepada individu-individu-legenda industri dan bintang-bintang baru yang siap memberi perubahan.
