Pemerintah akhirnya menaikkan harga BBM setelah wacana kenaikan harga berkembang beberapa waktu belakangan ini. Harga BBM jenis solar, Pertalite dan Pertamax resmi naik Sabtu kemarin (3/9/2022).
Harga solar naik dari Rp 5.150/liter jadi Rp 6.800/liter. Harga Pertalite naik dari sebelumnya Rp 7.650/liter menjadi Rp 10.000 ribu/liter. Lalu, Pertamax dari sebelumnya dibanderol Rp 12.500/liter menjadi Rp 14.500/liter.
Beberapa SPBU telah melakukan harga sebelumnya. Shell misalnya, telah menetapkan harga BBM terbarunya per 1 September lalu.

Dikutip dari situs resminya, Shell Super di Jakarta kini dijual Rp 15.420/liter, Shell V-Power Rp 16.130/liter, Shell V-Power Diesel Rp 18.310/liter, dan Shell V-Power Nitro+ Rp 16.510/liter.
