Ordu - Tingkat inflasi merajalela di Turki hingga 79,6 persen pada Juli 2022. Salah satu yang kena dampaknya yakni petani hazelnut. Lihat nih aktivitasnya.

Kenaikan tersebut mempengaruhi ekspor, harga benih, pupuk dan pasokan lainnya memotong keuntungan petani dan menaikkan harga produkΒ hazelnut.

Petani menjemur biji hazelnut di depan rumahnya. Menurut Institut Statistik Turki (TUIK), Dari bulan ke bulan, harga konsumen naik 2,37 persen pada Juli. Sedangkan secara tahunan, inflasi harga konsumen diperkirakan mencapai 80,5 persen.

Para pekerja mengumpulkan hazelnut dari bawah pohon hazelnut saat panen, Sabtu (27/8/2022). Pemerintah optimistis inflasi Turki akan turun hasil dari dari program ekonomi yang memprioritaskan tingkat suku bunga rendah guna meningkatkan produksi dan ekspor. Tujuannya agar tercapai surplus transaksi berjalan.

Tumpukan biji hazelnut yang belum dipisahkan dari kulitnya. Presiden Turki Erdogan mengatakan bahwa ia memperkirakan inflasi Turki akan turun pada Februari-Maret tahun depan. Sementara bank sentral memperkirakan inflasi tahunan di akhir 2022 menjadi 60,4 persen, naik dari perkiraan sebelumnya yaitu 42,8 persen.
