Petani anggur memperlihatkan butiran lebat yang ditanam di tengah gurun. Pemeliharaan anggur di wilayah tersebut sudah ada sejak ribuan tahun yang lalu. Suku Nabatean, suku nomaden yang tinggal di daerah Negev sekitar 2.500 tahun yang lalu, membangun teras dan bendungan batu kecil untuk mengalihkan air yang jatuh saat hujan lebat dan akan menanam anggur.

Gerombolan anggur merah diperlihatkan ke wartawan. Deretan kebun anggur bertingkat di Gurun Negev yang gersang menjadi lahan subur dengan bantuan teknologi pertanian. Pendekatan unik untuk produksi anggur ini menarik perhatian dari daerah penghasil anggur tradisional di seluruh dunia. Sebab, mereka sadar perubahan dan iklim yang tidak stabil mengancam perkebunan anggur mereka.
